The Uganda National Cancer Control Plan, why we need it adopted and implemented
As we continue to coordinate efforts of different stakeholders in the Uganda National Cancer Control Plan campaign, we call upon policy makers to speed up its adoption process. This plan seeks to streamline evidence-based interventions and guide national planning towards improved prevention of cancer and ensure appropriate treatment and supportive care are available based on our country’s specific needs and resources.
