Uganda Cancer Society and International Cancer Institute launch the Uganda Blue for Print Innovative Healthcare Access Program in Western Uganda.

Uganda Cancer Society with support from the International Cancer Institute, successfully launched the Blue Print for Innovative Healthcare Access Program on the 13th April,2023 in Western Uganda with inception meetings in Mbarara, Sheema and Bushenyi district. This project aims at improving access to screening, diagnostics, treatment and patient support services for breast, cervical and prostate cancer and other hematological disorders.The launch attracted participants from religious communities, district and lower local governments, civil society, media as well as UCS partners.
