Richard is an accomplished communication and public health professional with a strong academic and practical background. He holds a Master of Science in Project Planning and Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Communication Studies. Over the years, he has gained significant experience working with organizations such as CISANU, UNAU, and currently heads the Uganda Health Communication Alliance.

He brings deep expertise in Strategic Communication and Policy Advocacy, critical for board-level influence and meaningful stakeholder engagement. His contributions include consulting on key national initiatives such as the National Tobacco Control Communication Strategy and communication projects focused on cancer awareness and nutrition, demonstrating his capacity to lead impactful, health-focused communication efforts.
