Rita holds a Master’s in Economic Policy and Planning and is an FCCA of ACCA (UK). With over 15 years in executive management, she has served on boards including World Vision Uganda, Vision Fund International, and the Uganda Bankers Association. She is also a Paul Harris Fellow (Level 4) and chaired the 2025 Rotary Cancer Run that raised UGX 3.5 billion. She is currently a private governance and risk management consultant with Quality Assurance and Management Consultants (QAM) where she Heads the Executive Program.
