Francis is one of the Founding Partners of Buwule and Mayiga Advocates. He is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda with over 30 years of experience in legal practice, a Commissioner for oaths and a Notary Public.

He worked as an advocate with M/s. Katende, Ssempebwa & Co. Advocates for a period of six years after completing law school.

Francis heads the land transactions, conveyancing, real estate and debt collection desks and also conducts litigation in the courts.

Beyond this and owing to his vast experience in the legal field, he now sits as legal consultant and/or advisor on several boards including but not limited to Nsambya Hospital, Lubaga Hospital, Joint Medical Stores Uganda, Seeta High Schools, K2 Telecom, A + Group and Express Football Club among others while on a personal level, he is a proud Rotarian.
