Mr. Olodi has more than twelve (12) years of progressive work experience, eight (8) of which, at senior and top management levels in the civil society sector. He has implemented programs in the eld of health, human rights, education, livelihoods, and governance. Mr. Olodi currently serves as the Executive Director of UCS. Prior to this, he held the position of Acting Executive Director and Programs Officer for UCS. He has worked with Global Forum for Development, Uganda (GLOFORD Uganda) as Programs Officer, the National NGO Forum and Lira NGO Forum (consortium) as a Community Trainer for the World Bank funded – Northern Uganda Social Action Fund project from 2014 – 2016. Olodi also taught at Gulu University Constituent College, Lira and later in the Faculty of Management Sciences of Lira University (August 2015 – June 2018). Previously, he worked with the International Republican Institute as a researcher; Platform for Community Empowerment as programme advisor as well as Delaru Construction as human resource specialist. Olodi has a background in administration and management, policy development and analysis as well as political science. Olodi has also completed a short course in Administrative Officers Law Course from the Law Development Centre in Uganda.
