A Clerical Support Assistant is responsible for scheduling meetings, and assistance with report preparation, makes reminder phone calls, records donations that come in and enters them in the database, helps prepare bulk mailings, prepares correspondence as needed, and other duties as assigned.
Diploma in Management Science, Secretarial Studies or any other Social Sciences related diploma academic programme. Basic knowledge of computer and data entry. Pleasant manner, patience, problem-solving ability, and high level of emotional intelligence.
Length of Commitment:
A Clerical Support Assistant must be available for at least 48 hours a week. The Assistant must also be able to attend a scheduled two-hour orientation program before starting.
